Days End Farm Horse Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit organization, responsible for providing shelter, daily care, rehabilitation and foster care for abused, neglected and unwanted horses. Their mission is to develop compassion and responsibility for horses through Intervention, Education and Outreach. In addition, Days End provides educational programs for adults and children in order to impart the learning about the care and responsibility of horse ownership. They often try to reach the human community through presentations at schools, horse shows and lectures at civic organizations and clubs. They are based in Lisbon, Maryland.
