NorCal Equine Rescue or “NER” is a non-profit charitable organization, located in Oroville, California. The organization is completely dedicated to rescue and rehabilitate equines from abuse, neglect, slaughter and abandonment. Their mission is to prevent cruelty to horse, ponies, mules and donkeys.
They keep the goal to heal damaged equines and adopt them into loving homes. They strive to give horses a second to lead a quality life by rescuing, rehabilitating and then placing into homes, where they can get all their needs. NER boasts a ranch where their horses are monitored by trainers. All equines are provided with 24 hour a day care of their needs.
