    The United Pegasus Foundation is an equine rescue organization located in California. The rescue is primarily dedicated to save Thoroughbred horses and provide a dignified retirement. It is one of the largest Thoroughbred retirement organizations in the united States. Besides, it has been actively involved in rescuing PMU horses since 1996. United Pegasus Foundation has its ranches in three locations in California- Hemet (southern); Tehachapi (Central) and Galt (Northern).

    United Pegasus Foundation keeps the mission of identifying abused or neglected equines and then aid and rehabilitate them or facilitate for their adoption.
