W.H.I.N.N.Y. Stands for “Why Horses In Need…Need You.” This is a non-profit organization located in Perry County, Ohio, dedicated to offer refuge, rehabilitation and adoption to horses in need. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for horses in need by providing them with the means to live out the rest of their lives in safety and security in loving forever homes; and to educate children about the importance of becoming responsible horse owners.
